Zamalek dropped their first three points this season after losing 2-1 to Petrojet in the Egyptian Premier League. After an unprecedented start of 10 straight wins, Jorvan Vieira's side conceded in the last three minutes of the game when youngster Mohamed Ragab came off the bench to score. Burkina Faso international Mohamed Koffi had opened the scoring in the 31st minute as compatriot Abdoulaye Cisse replied to keep the score level until the decisive 87th minute. Zamalek remain comfortably in charge of Group B with 30 points from 11 games, while Petrojet climb to fourth place. Burkina Faso rule Petrojet snatched the opening goal after the hour mark when Koffi rose to head in a corner past Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed. The lead lasted for just six minutes as Koffi Burkina Faso teammate Cisse hit his fifth goal in four games, showing great composure and prowess before finishing with the outside of his boot. Both sides had goal-shy attempts - a scenario that was symbolized by an innocuous volley from Zamalek's Ahmed Eid before the break. Zamalek hardly showed the grit of a team with a 100% winning start and eventually got punished by a counter move involving Koffi and finished off by Ragab.
