Egypt's Housing Min. reviews HDP marketing plan

Egypt's Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny met with officials from the Housing and Development Properties (HDP) company to review its marketing strategy for various projects, the Cabinet announced on Sunday.
El-Sherbiny underscored the ministry's commitment to strengthening public-private partnerships and maximising the value of implemented projects.
He highlighted efforts to market both residential and investment opportunities in new urban areas to attract local and foreign investment, enhance infrastructure utilisation, and support the national economy.
The meeting included a review of HDP's progress on marketing and sales of projects developed under the partnership model with the ministry, including the West View development in Sheikh Zayed City, and several ongoing projects in New Alamein City.
