Polling stations in all nine Egyptian governorates began work today at 8:00 a.m. after the problem with undelivered ballot cards was resolved, reported Chancellor Ahmed Kenawy, a member of the judges' club for electoral monitoring. “The judges club has not received any complaints except that, because of high numbers, the ballot cards are insufficient,” Kenawy continued. “Most of the problems we saw on the first day have been resolved,” said Chancellor Ashraf Zahran, a supervising judge in Alexandria.
