Arab Contractors and Basel have agreed terms of Mohamed Salah's transfer to the Swiss club, FilGoal.com has learnt. Egyptian league strugglers Contractors have been in talks with Basel over the transfer of their wonderkid striker, who spent a one-week trial at St. Jakob-Park last month. It is understood that a fee of €1million has been agreed between both clubs, plus additional clauses regarding Salah's future. Salah, 19, is regarded as one of the hottest future prospects in Egypt, having established his place with the Pharaohs first team of late. The pacey forward is considered a potential replacement to Basel's departing star man Xherdan Shaqiri, who is leaving for Bayern Munich in the summer.
