Egypt and Arab Contractors starlet Mohamed Salah is urging his club to allow him to join Switzerland's Basel on a permanent basis rather than on loan. The 19-year-old forward is on the radar of the Swiss champions, who are believed to have enquired about his services over a summer switch. “I know that Contractors are looking to loan me out to Basel, but I really hope for a permanent transfer,” Salah told FilGoal.com. “Contractors officials are aware about my loyalty to the club but playing in Europe is a dream for me and I hope that negotiations go smoothly.” Salah has been one of the hottest future talents in Egypt during the past few months, which saw him claim his stake in the Egypt first team, scoring twice against Niger and Kenya. He has been pursued by Ahli and Zamalek since last season, but repeatedly said he is happy at league strugglers Contractors.
