Ahli are in talks with Malian striker Mohamed Traore over a winter transfer from Tunisia's Club Africain, revealed football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz. “We are in advanced talks with Traore, but we are waiting for the approval of manager Manuel Jose,” Abdul-Hafiz said. Traore, 22, has a contract with Africain until the end of the season. Ahli are believed to be in search for a foreign striker amid the continuous injuries of Francis Doe, Mohamed Fadl and Osama Hosni. The league holders will also re-install striker Emad Meteb to their roster as Lebanese Mohamed Ghaddar is expected to leave in the near future.
