Ahli's Al-Sayed doubtful for Leverkusen

Ahli center-half Ahmed Al-Sayed is facing a fitness battle ahead of Wednesday's Zayton Cup game with Bayer Leverkusen.
The 29-year-old is struggling with a knee injury sustained in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Turkish giants Galatasaray.
Ahli's official site quoted the first team's doctor Ihab Ali as saying that Al-Sayed's injury is not serious, despite a swelling around the knee cap.
Meanwhile, Egypt defender Ahmed Fathi has resumed full training, following the knee injury he suffered in the Confederations Cup defeat to USA.
