Ahli's manager Manuel Jose is adamant that his side will beat Platinum stars in the CAF Champions League round 16 first leg, on Saturday. The Red Devils had a warm welcome in South Africa and the Portuguese tactician told the media that they respect their opponent but that they came with only one objective that is to grab the full points of the game. “Although I don't have some of the star players who were here last time we played Sundowns, we have exciting new players who are dangerous on their own and we have come here to win”, Jose was quoted saying on Platinum official website. Jose will have to do without Emad Al-Nahas and Ahmed Fathi who have been ruled out with long-term injuries. Ahli beat Sundowns last year in round 16 on a 4-2 aggregate.
