Roma manager Luciano Spalletti believes it is better for him to play against a team like Manchester United than a small side that didn't expect to reach the Champions League quarter-finals. “They (Manchester United) will be very tough opponents. Everyone here seemed to be shocked at the draw," Spalletti said after the draw. “But from my point of view it could have been more difficult to face a side that didn't expect to get to the quarter-finals and are here with a great collective spirit." The Romans knocked out Real Madrid from the competition beating them twice with the same 2-1 score. “We carry the 7-1 defeat with us and it has helped us to mature. This is a chance to put things right. “They may be the stronger side, but I would say that we have a 50 per cent chance of getting through,” added the Roma boss.
