Chelsea striker Didier Drogba said he should be voted England's Best Player of the Year. "The voting is not down to me," the Ivorian international was quoted as saying by Sky Sports Network on Sunday. "But if I don't win the prize of best player in the Premiership it will be a great let down. "This is not vanity but reality. I believe that, today, I am the best in the league." In 2006, Drogba scored 17 goals with Chelsea, including ten in this campaign. He helped the Blues win their second successive Premiership title and has been Stamford Bridge's crowd favorite boy this season with his decisive and superb goals. "I am enjoying the best moments I have ever known in all my life. It is curious, but nearly everything is positive for me. It is wonderful," he said.
