Zamalek veteran Ahmed Hassan could feature against Police Union at the weekend after recovering from a calf problem, according to the club's website. The 37-year-old has been nursing the injury for two weeks but Zamalek said he could participate in Saturday's league clash after resuming full training on Monday. Hassan, who missed the 2-0 opening day win over Ittihad, almost left Zamalek last year due to the lack of domestic football. Meanwhile, goalkeeper Ahmed Al-Shennawi is out injured while full-back Ahmed Samir missed training due to problem in his teeth. Benin striker Razak Omotoyossi is still absent as his future with Zamalek is under major scrutiny due to a wage problem.
