GAZA CITY, July 17, 2018 (MENA) - Israeli occupation authorities prevented the entry of fuel and cooking oil to the Gaza Strip via Karm Abu Salem crossing as of Tuesday and until further notice. Israel radio said that Israeli Minister of Security Avigdor Lieberman urged the Israeli army to prevent entry of fuel and cooking oil to the besieged enclave. He urged allowing only shipments of medicines to enter the strip, added the radio. The decision comes within the framework of measures adopted by Israel against the Palestinian Hamas movement, which is now controlling Gaza. Karm Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing used for the entry of goods, aid and fuel from Israel into Gaza.
