"Despite the difficulty of the experimental stage that lasted for 3 months, the successful launch has proved to the company's management that the Egyptian market needs a new player such as Lava at the phone industry", he illustrated. He also pointed out that the Lava Company has reached all Egyptian governorates within a short period, giving the company the ability to control the distribution channels, which is a unique competitive advantage, and to open nearly 35 maintenance centers in nearly all governorates. "Egypt is the first station of the company in Africa; moreover the company is looking to expand into more African countries in the next few months", he concluded.
