CAIRO, April 29, 2018 (MENA) - Egypt's Prime Minister Sherif Ismail chaired on Sunday a meeting to discuss measures that could be taken to face a wave of bad weather, currently hitting the country. The meeting was attended by the minsters of irrigation and local development, and the head of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority. The meeting probed weather conditions expected over the coming period. During the meeting, the prime minister ordered activating an emergency room to follow up weather conditions as of today and until Thursday throughout the nation. The governors were also assigned to declare a state of high alert to take appropriate measures to face any anticipated rainfall.
