Pope Tawadros leads Palm Sunday Mass

CAIRO, April 1 (MENA) - Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark led the Palm Sunday Mass at the Virgin Mary and Saint Marina Church in the North Coast in the presence of a large number of bishops and people.
The pontiff entered the church amid a festive atmosphere to commemorate Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
The Coptic churches are marking the occasion nationwide.
