The Land Developers, a company specialised in investment, development, and management of high-end residential, administrative, and commercial projects, has announced the launch of its commercial project Armonia Walk in March 2020.
Ahmed El-Tayebi, Chairman and Managing Director of The Land Developers, said Armonia Walk is part of the Armonia Residential Compound, the company's first project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
In a press conference held on Sunday, El-Tayebi added that Armonia Walk has a construction area of 18,000 sqm with an investment volume of EGP 500m.
He further noted that the company obtained the ministerial decree for the project last November, and it is expected that the delivery of the first phase will be in September 2022.
Armonia Walk is located in the R7 area next to the diplomatic quarter in the new capital on 41 feddan, consisting of up to 1750 units, and the height of the buildings in the project is 7 floors.
The Land Developers will execute the project over a period of 4 years with total investment of about EGP 3bn and will be developed over six phases. It is expected to start implementing the activities of the first phase during the second quarter of 2020, he said.
El-Tayebi elaborated that Armonia Walk commercial project consists of several floors on the ground level, encompasses 140 clinics, administrative and commercial units where there is a ground floor and an upper ground floor, and all retail units within the project are served through the basement.
The Land Developers provides the possibility of rentals and lease holds of the open areas on the upper and lower ground floor of the project, and stores can also be rented in the basement, as the project was planned in a way that allows easy movement and mobility of all customers, especially the elderly and people with special needs.
The project has six electric elevators for passengers and two elevators for services. There is also a car parking area that can accommodate 500 cars between the basement and the upper floor.
"The prominent Master Planner and Architect, Raed Fahmy, was hired to work on the main plans of the project, in order to ensure the design of a sophisticated architectural icon, through which the company's vision to present an architectural product that combines between innovation in design, as well as capability and efficiency in making use of every part of the project to provide the highest standards of privacy and the highest level of service to customers," he said. "The Land Developers will contract a facility management company specialised in the management of facilities and services to ensure efficient services while reducing operational costs and improving the level of financial supervision and maintenance work and preserving real estate assets and consequently their investments."
The Facility Management Company will be responsible for the entire project management including waste management, green areas irrigation and maintenance system, road cleaning, maintenance and follow-up of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and security and safety systems, he added.
