The Land Developers to launch Armonia flagship in Egypt's new capital
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 11 - 04 - 2019

The Land Developers made its debut in the Egyptian market by introducing its latest project ‘Ar-monia' in Egypt's New Administrative Capital.
The Land Developers is a privately owned corporate firm specialising in the investment, development, and management of upscale residential and commercial real estate projects.
This is the first project announcement for the joint stock company that brings a wealth of commercial and real estate experience through their shareholders; El Tayebi Developments with 40 percent, Bosch A-Part with another 40 percent, and The Steel and Concrete Company with 20 percent; who are investing a total of 3 billion pounds in the development of a premium housing project.
"At TLD, we capitalize on our shareholders' expertise, resources, and stability to accelerate the different phases of development" said the chairman and managing director Ahmed El Tayebi who attended the launch of the newly established company to reveal its unique and distinctive vision in penetrating the real estate market.”
"We are committed to upscale quality which is why we introduce modern solutions that incorporate new advances in de-sign" added El Tayebi who is also the founder of El Tayebi Developments and a renowned entrepreneur with an extensive background in various industries across Egypt notably in tourism as well as in sports and fashion retail.
El Tayebi Developments is already a well-established name operating since 2006 with com-pleted high-end projects in the finest districts of Maadi to New Cairo, West Golf, and Alex-andria.
El Tayebi's strong portfolio of boutique developments which started out catering mostly to an expat clientele with specifically tailored foreign standards has added to their industry expertise with a unique approach of implementation very distinctive to the market.
"Experience is the foundation on which we achieve quality performance, true competence, and deliver on our promises" said Ahmed El Tayebi who's first development project came in 1989 when he built and operated two Nile cruises in Upper Egypt.
Along with The Steel and Concrete Company as well as Bosch A-part, the leader in car mainte-nance services owning the franchising rights for Bosch in Egypt; El Tayebi Developments has paved way for a fresh new take on real estate development through The Land Developers to implement innovative concepts in a very saturated Egyptian market by offering a higher lev-el of product.
The Land Developers will kick off with its flagship project Armonia, a smart architectural concept where living inside a park is the dominating theme.
The project, developed on 41 acres with buildings standing on 7 floors for a total of 1750 apartment units, will also offer a variety of facilities and entertainment services all complimenting the idea of life within a park by maintaining more than 80 percent green spaces.
"We prefer quality over quantity as a means to preserve privacy which represents an integral aspect of our design. Our idea of luxury is mainly about employing our architectural expertise to offer day-to-day needs through an innovative and functional lens" said Ahmed El Tayebi.
Unlike most projects in the local market, Armonia will adopt a different approach in which it seeks to add value through upscale standards of design and implementation to maximize comfort, privacy and views rather than maximizing project occupancy.
