CAIRO: A bill on non-government organizations (NGOs) operating in Egypt, is in the final stages and will be ready within 10 days in order to be put for social debate after being submitted to Egypt's cabinet. Minister of Insurance and Social Affairs Nagwa Khalil said the new law strikes a balance between State sovereignty and the freedom of NGOs in work and finance.
