Egypt's Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly met with Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mahmoud Esmat on Monday to review the implementation status of electricity supply for agricultural projects in the New Delta, the Cabinet said. Madbouly emphasised the need to support the unified electrical grid to ensure sufficient power supply for new agricultural, industrial, and urban communities in line with the state's sustainable development plan. Esmat presented a detailed report on ongoing and completed electricity supply works for land reclamation projects in the New Delta. The report covered temporary power sources provided through mobile stations at project sites and permanent solutions via the construction of new power plants with varying capacities.
