Al Ahly Sabbour Development launched KEEVA, a residential project, in partnership with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing's New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) with total investments of 5 billion Egyptian pounds. The project, which will be built over an area of 144 feddans including 1,138 units with various spaces, a 280-room hotel, and a commercial area, the company's chairman Ahmed Sabbour . Set to be delivered by the second half of 2023, The project will be 59.5% owned by Al Ahly Sabbour Development, while the remaining 40.5% will be owned by NUCA. The targeted sales of KEEVA is set to reach 6.5 billion Egyptian pounds, Sabbour added. He added that the company targets 2.5 billion pounds of sales in the project during the current year, and is also planning to pump investments worth one billion pounds in the project during Q1.
