HEC: Advertising period for elections 2nd phase starts Nov. 3

Egypt's High Elections Committee (HEC) spokesperson, Omar Marwan announced Sunday that the publicity and advertising for candidates of the second phase of the elections will start Tuesday, November 3, Al-Bawaba News reported.
The advertising period will end in November 20th, Marwan added.
