5936 Egyptians submitted their papers to run for elections: HEC

High Elections Committee (HEC) announced Saturday that 5936 Egyptians submitted their papers to run for the upcoming parliamentary elections, Al-Bawaba News reported.
HEC spokesperson Omar Marwan said that 12 electoral lists demanded to run for the upcoming parliamentary elections, pointing out that the announcement of the accepted individuals and lists' candidates will be on September 16.
