The Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) Chairman Ali El Ghamrawy has held a meeting with Egypt's Ambassador to Malawi Rasha Hamdy to discuss strengthening bilateral ties in pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution. The two officials explored avenues for joint cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on institutional coordination between the EDA and Malawi's health and regulatory bodies. Discussions also touched on establishing technical communication channels and expanding Egyptian pharmaceutical exports to the Malawian market. El-Ghamrawy reaffirmed the EDA's commitment to providing technical support and fostering ongoing coordination to boost the presence of Egyptian medicines across African markets and enhance the global competitiveness of the country's pharmaceutical industry.
