Egypt's Mohamed Elshorbagy, world number one, won his second Squash Qatar Classic title in two years after beating Frenchman Gregory Gaultier 3-1 on Friday. Elshorbagy overcame the world number three 11/5, 11/7, 5/11, 12/10 in 58 minutes to add to his Qatar Classic title which he won in 2013 when he defeated Englishman Nick Matthew. The in-form 24-year-old Egyptian also won the British Open earlier this year at the expense of Gaultier, beating him 3-2. Elshorbay marked his fourth consecutive Qatar classic final with an impressive display against Gaultier to ensure his world supremacy. Nour El-Sherbini was not as lucky as her compatriot, slumping to a 3-2 final loss to England's Laura Massaro in the women's contest.
