CAIRO: Egyptian activist Amr Hamzawy won over Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammad Saad Abu el-Azm in the parliamentary election for a seat in Cairo's fourth district, said the head of advisory judicial committee Omar al-Farouk. Hamzawy won with 125,668 votes, while Abu el-Azm got 48,525 votes. As for the labor seat, the run-off will be held between independent candidate Hesham Suleiman who got 87,717 votes and Freedom and Justice Party candidate Khaled Hassan Abdel Wareth who got 44,530 votes.
