PORT SAID, Egypt: Independent candidate Nasser Abdel A'aal today reported that two voting cards were manipulated. One was for an individual candidate and another was for a partisan list stamped by the organizing committee. He claims that this type of leak returns Egypt back to the era of the National Democratic Party. He mentioned that he will forward a complaint to the Attorney-General to appeal the elections results.
