Meteb has kidney problem

Ahli striker Emad Meteb is rated doubtful for the Champions League semi-final against Sunshine Stars due to a kidney problem.
The Reds revealed that the 29-year-old has a kidney stone and will be out for a few days, after which his availability for the Nigeria trip will be determined.
Emad has just returned from a hamstring injury in the recent game with Zamalek, coming on as a second-half substitute in the 1-1 draw.
The Egypt striker has been struggling with various injuries during the past few years, having usually complained of his hamstring and back.
Ahli visit Sunshine on October 6/7/8 in the semi-final first-leg.
