Zamalek will offer no more than EGP 4million for the services of ENPPI midfielder Islam Awad as they deem the price tag set by the petroleum side too excessive. The Whites, who have been pursuing Awad for over a year, are keen to land him in the winter break but have yet to receive a positive reply from the cup champions. “We offered EGP 4 million and we won't be able increase our bid. ENPPI's demands are too excessive,” Zamalek assistant coach Ismail Youssef told FilGoal.com. “We're waiting for their reply and we hope to reach an agreement over the deal.” ENPPI, who have been reluctant to sell their star midfielder, are believed to be asking for EGP 8million for his services. Awad, 24, represented Egypt for the first time under the management of Hassan Shehata, who is currently in charge of Zamalek.
