Roma boss Claudio Ranieri says he intends to sign a new deal at the Serie A club but did not determine when to put pen to paper. Ranieri, who took charge of the Giallorossi in 2009 when he succeeded Luciano Spalletti, still has two years on his current contract. The 58-year-old helped Roma to a second-place finish in the Italian league last season and also led them to the Coppa Italia final. With recent reports suggesting he could be appointed as Italy coach, Ranieri revealed his plan to stay put, saying he is comfortable at Stadio Olimpico. "I will renew my contract but I am not in a hurry," he said. "There's no urgency. Soon everything will be done. "Rome is my city. There is a project at Roma and I am proud that (club president Rosella) Sensi included me in it. "I want to continue this adventure with Roma."
