Zamalek fans hold demonstration

A host of infuriated Zamalek fans gathered in protest around the club premises, following the elimination of the White Knights from the Egyptian Cup on Friday.
The Cairo giants were ousted from the round of 32 after slumping to a 1-0 loss to third tier Bani Obeid.
FilGoal.com learnt that the angry supporters surrounded the Mohandeseen-based club as they kept repeating insulting chants.
The demonstration could have turned violent as some of the provoked fans managed to jump over the club's wall, but eventually the security forces brought the chaos to a halt.
