Lierse's Abdul-Wahed sidelined by calf injury

Lierse winger Mohamed Abdul-Wahed will be sidelined for at least 10 days after sustaining a calf injury.
“The team doctor told me I should have a ten-day rest in order not to aggravate the problem,” the former Zamalek man told FilGoal.com.
Abdul-Wahed will definitely miss Lierse's match against Excelsior Virton in the Belgian second division on Saturday.
The 27-year-old put in some impressive displays this season, scoring three goals and dishing out four assists.
Lierse, who aim to book a place in the top-flight after spending two seasons in the second-tier competition, lie second in the league table with 25 points, seven adrift of leaders Sint Truidense.
