Tunisian coach Ahmed Al-Ajlani was named as the new coach of Saudi club Al-Shabab, replacing Argentine manager Daniel Romeo who was fired. The deal was completed after Al-Shabab officials agreed a deal with Al-Hazm club whom the Tunisian coached, Saudi daily Al-Watan reported on Monday. Al-Ajlani arrived in Riyadh and immediately took charge f the team, leading them in a long practice session preceded by an introduction session, the paper added. Al-Ajlani, who helped Al-Hazm clinch sixth spot in the Saudi league table, has been residing in Saudi Arabia for a long period of time. He coached a number of top-flight teams including Hilal, Qadesiya and Al-Riyadh clubs.
