Ittihad Tripoli have sealed a double swoop for Abdoulaye Cisse and Ahmed Raouf from Zamalek and ENPPI, the Libyan club said on their website. Burkina Faso striker Cisse left Zamalek after unilaterally rescinding his three-year deal by complaining the Cairo club to FIFA over unpaid wages. Ittihad also managed to add another forward in Egypt international Ahmed Raouf, who signed on an undisclosed fee from ENPPI. Raouf, who was ENPPI's top scorer for the past two seasons, became the second Egyptian to move to Libya after Ahmed Hassan Mekki had left Hodoud for Ahli Tripoli. Free player After agreeing terms with Ittihad, Cisse revealed how he managed to terminate his contract with Zamalek this summer. "I was happy at Zamalek and I love the fans, but my problem was with the board," Cisse, who was Zamalek's top scorer in all competitions before leaving, said in a television interview. "I was forced to take the case to FIFA and they ruled in my favor, so I was a free player." Cisse is the third Zamalek player to leave the crisis-hit club unilaterally this summer after Ibrahim Salah and Alexis Mendomo.
