Egypt star Saleh Gomaa will not be in the starting line-up in Sunday's U-20 World Cup opener against Chile, according to the Egyptian FA. The FA's website announced Egypt's starting eleven on its website, surprisingly omitting Gomaa from Rabie Yassin's four-man midfield. Ahli duo Hossam Ghaly and Mahmoud ‘Trezeguet' will play as holding midfielders along with attacking duo Mahmoud ‘Kahraba' and Ahmed Refaat. Skipper Rami Rabiea is set to lead the side despite having surgery last month, with Mahmoud Metwalli, Yasser Ibrahim, Osama Ibrahim and Ahmed Samir completing the five-man defense. Ahmed Hassan ‘Koka' is expectedly playing alone upfront while Mossad Awad will be in goal.
