Egypt will be boosted by the inclusion of Ahli pair Rami Rabiea and Mahmoud Hassan ‘Trezeguet' in this month's African Youth Championships. The teenage duo was initially doubtful to join the Egypt U-20, with coach Rabie Yassin saying he has only 12 squad players because of clubs' reluctance to release youngsters. But Ahli said on their website that Trezeguet will immediately join his national team while Rabiea is set to leave after Sunday's league clash with ENPPI. The 19-year-old Rabiea has been increasingly impressive in recent months, having made four senior international appearances under Bob Bradley after staking his claim in Ahli's roster. The versatile defender was also on the scoresheet for Egypt in Thursday's friendly defeat in Qatar.
