Egypt defender Mohamed Naguib has become a major doubt for next month's World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe after suffering a thigh injury. Ahli said that their center-half, who limped off during the Champions League win over Bizertin, will be out for four weeks with a thigh strain. Naguib, who played in Egypt's last World Cup qualifying win over Zimbabwe, is now likely to miss the Warriors clash in Harare on June 9. Egypt have already lost key duo Hosni Abd-Rabou and Geddo to long-term injuries but Fiorentina defender Ahmed Hegazi could be fit for the Group G tie.
