Hull City have booked their place in the English Premier League after their rivals Watford slumped to defeat. Hull, including Egypt's Ahmed Elmohamady in their starting line-up, fell to a goal from Frazier Campbell before coming back through goals from Nick Proschwitz and Paul McShane. The Tigers had a chance to wrap it up in injury time when they were awarded a 94th minute penalty, only for Proschwitz to miss from the spot, shortly after Ahmed Fathi came on. Astonishingly, Cardiff were given a penalty seconds later as substitute Nicky Maynard scored to make it 2-2. At this point, Watford were held to a 1-1 draw by Leeds and needed one goal to make it, but Ross McCormack scored in injury time to confirm Hull as second-place winners. Hull join Cardiff to the top flight as Adam El-Abd's, Brighton Watford, Crystal Palace and Leicester qualify for the playoff.
