Egypt arrests fashion designer's suspected killer

CAIRO - Police said Thursday night that they had arrested a suspected killer of well-known fashion designer Mohamed Dagher.
They identified the suspect as Mohamed Farag, a jobless man, saying he had been tracked down through a mobile phone he took from the apartment of Dagher in the upmarket of Mohandessin.
Dagher had been found dead inside his apartment Tuesday night. Police said that Farag had admitted to having killed Dagher due to a dispute.
