The Ark Business District is designed as per the latest international standards in collaboration with established entities, including Savills — one of the world's leading property advisors — HKS, EDSA, and Innovation to provide design solutions and implement the project's master plan. Furthermore, the Ark has partnered with ECG to offer consultancy services, as well as Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), which is in charge of the Ark's construction. Additionally, the company is keen on implementing an ambitious strategy in the Egyptian real estate market.
