Media Avenue, a conference organizer, will hold the sixth edition of the "Think Commercial" roundtable on June 21 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, which discusses developments in the real estate market.
This edition of the roundtable is titled "The Real Estate Market and Mechanisms for Overcoming the Repercussions of the Global Economic Crisis", and discusses the changes that have occurred in the real estate sector and companies' plans to meet the challenges imposed by global conditions.
The round table will be attended by government officials, representatives of major real estate development companies, marketing companies, real estate finance companies, parliament members and representatives of business organizations.
The discussions in the roundtable involve the mechanisms of the market's preservation of the past gains of and overcoming the challenges that emerged with the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the subsequent effects on most economic activities, including the real estate sector and the fluctuations of the exchange rate and increased interest rate in the banking sector.
The discussions tackle the challenges currently facing companies regarding the pricing of new products or the difficulties of implementing the phases that have been contracted, the processes of sourcing the necessary financing for implementation, what the real estate finance sector can provide in this area, and ways to deal with the rapid change in input prices. The necessary facilitations will also be reviewed with the aim of avoiding the crisis escalating.
Speakers will also review ways to support the real estate finance sector for sales of developers and boost market demand, and consultants will present their vision for the products that developers can offer that will be popular with consumers in the coming period.
