Raya among top 100 outsourcing companies around world
Published in Daily News Egypt on 14 - 03 - 2022

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has added Raya Call Center Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, in its list of top 100 outsourcing companies around the world, for the second year in a row.
The IAOP is known for its tireless work on shaping the standards of the outsourcing industry and strengthening the practices of service providers. Its annual Global Outsourcing 100 list is one of the most prominent awards honouring the world's best outsourcing service providers.
Raya Call Center is also known for being one of the major players in providing outsourcing services globally in more than 25 languages, while operating from ten locations spanning three continents, and providing its services to various parts of the world.
Debbie Hamill, CEO of IAOP, expressed her appreciation for the efforts of the companies participating in the list of honors in the Global Outsourcing 100® competition for 2022 in light of the challenges surrounding the world, especially after the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), and added that "the outsourcing industry has proven its importance Therefore, we appreciate the companies' performance and their ingenuity in providing services."
Ahmed Rifqi, CEO of RCX, commented: "We are delighted to be included in the list of the best outsourcing service providers around the world. It is a great honor to have been chosen for two consecutive years to join this distinguished list, an honor that reinforces our global position as the largest global provider of outsourcing services and experience For our part, we pledge to continue providing our services of the highest quality as well as providing the latest technological solutions to meet challenges and enhance the customer experience, especially in times of crisis."
He added: "This year comes bearing the crowning of our achievements and efforts, as Raya RCX Services, a few weeks ago, also won the Gold Award in the Digital Transformation Strategy category at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2022, which proves its outstanding efforts and certifies that it is moving forward in the path of digital transformation. Complete digital transformation."
It is mentioned that the evaluation of companies that join the Global Outsourcing 100 list takes into account four basic dimensions. It is the portfolio of clients and their level of satisfaction with the company's services, awards and certifications, innovation programs, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Indeed, Raya Call Center Services has a prominent presence in all four categories.
The company launched innovative programs such as a special mobile application for the employee, data analysis programs and artificial intelligence in providing the service that allow the clients of the companies dealing with it to obtain a high degree of quality service and understand the client's needs at the same time.
The judging process is based on impartial vetting by an independent panel of IAOP client members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing providers, and the 2022 jury was chaired by Debbie Hamill, IAOP CEO.
