Egypt's Raya Contact Center to open US affiliate
Published in Daily News Egypt on 28 - 07 - 2021

The Board of Directors at Egypt's Raya Contact Center, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, has unanimously approved establishing a new company in the US.
The move comes as part of the company's strategy aimed at enhancing its expansion in global markets, providing high-quality services, and attracting new customers.
The new company is called Raya Customer Experience LLC, and is headquartered in the state of Delaware.
Medhat Khalil, Chairperson of Raya Holding, said that enhancing Raya's presence for call centre services internationally has been a goal they have been seeking over the years.
"We were waiting for the right opportunity to have a strong presence in the huge US market, which is especially important in the field of outsourcing," Khalil said, "We announce our official presence in this promising market and start providing our services there."
He added, "Our endeavours to acquire outsourcing companies in the American market go hand-in-hand with the establishment of our new company, and the step of establishing the company will not deter us from acquiring already existing companies in different markets."
Khalil also said that the presence in the promising US market will accelerate the rise of call centre services to the world, and provide global outsourcing services. The US market, alone, represents a 35% share of the outsourcing services market worldwide, and is expected to reach $150bn between 2021 and 2023.
Ahmed Rifqi, CEO of Raya Contact Center, expressed his happiness with the step, stressing the importance of expanding in the US market.
Raya operates in five countries around the world, namely Egypt, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE, and the new US affiliate will further expand the Egyptian company's global presence.
It is a positive step in Raya Contact's capital increase, especially with the growth of its business in the US market.
Raya focuses on promising industries, especially the medical sector, the automotive sector, e-commerce, financial technology, and the banking sector, among a number of other areas in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US, Rifqi added.
The company is pursuing an expansion strategy that aims to provide comprehensive outsourcing services efficiently and effectively from different parts of the world.
