Egypt's real estate company The Land Developers (TLD) signed a cooperation protocol with B.TECH, retailer for home appliances and consumer electronics in Egypt, with an initial value of EGP 150m to provide unparalleled services to the clients of both parties.
The protocol signed by Ahmed El Tayebi, Chairperson and Co-Founder of TLD and member of the House of Representatives, and Mahmoud Khattab, CEO and Managing Director of B.TECH.
The protocol is a step that perfectly correlates and contributes to the state's vision to accelerate the development of the New Administrative Capital and encourage the customers to move and live there.
The protocol gives clients of the Armonia project in the New Administrative Capital various discounts on electrical and electronic devices from all the different branches of B.TECH and providing multiple payment methods. This agreement also grants to B.TECH customers discounts and special offers when contracting any residential or service units in the projects of TLD.
The new partnership will apply to all Armonia residential and service units' customers, whether the current 700 clients or those who will contract in the next stages." said El Tayebi.
He added, "Our customers will receive a voucher that they can easily use at any B.TECH store across the country. Moreover, other means of cooperation will come to fruition very soon between the two parties in the various residential, coastal, and service projects."
Khattab commented, "We have cooperated with TLD whose shareholders have remarkable achievements in various investment projects and a distinctive influence over the national economy. This cooperation enables us to remain closely connected to our customers and provide them with the best offers. As part of our ambitious plan, they will receive special discounts when contracting units in the Armonia project, as well as more flexible payment plans."
Khattab added, "We have several ambitious strategies and are currently considering many innovative mechanisms to be more connected to our clients. We are also planning to expand the scope and modalities of the cooperation with TLD to provide new and distinctive services to the clients of both parties."
