Better Home offers discounts on its New Capital project
Published in Daily News Egypt on 19 - 03 - 2021

Better Home, a real estate investment and development group, is providing its clients exclusive discounts and offers at the AhlbEl Assema ("People of the Capital") exhibition, organised by the company for its customers on 20 March.
The discounts and offers apply on all units developed by the company, including apartments, villas, administrative, and commercial units, with various sizes and prices available that suit all customers.
Ashraf Adel, General Manager at Better Home Group, said that the company's projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), will be a real opportunity for those wishing to invest in one of the most important national projects. There are competitive prices and discounts of more than EGP 500,000 available on the company's units.
Adel pointed out that the company's exhibition will take place over one day only, from 10am to 10pm in the Cairo Business Plaza in New Cairo.
It will be on all units of the Midtown Villa, Midtown Solo, Midtown Condo, Midtown Sky, and administrative commercial project Cairo Business Plaza.
He said that the idea behind the exhibition coincides with large sales that Egypt's real estate market is experiencing in the current period, especially in projects located in the NAC.
The company has focused its investments at the major national project during the past four years, and it has provided real estate market with four different housing projects in the capital.
These are characterised by diversity in terms of services and spaces that address different segments of society, Adel said.
He disclosed that the company's current land bank exceeds 2 million sqm, and it aims to achieve a growth rate of 25% in sales in 2021 compared to last year. He also said that the company's projects are fully self-financed.
