CAIRO: Mohammed ElBaradei, co-founder of Al Dostor party, ‘the Constitution', and the former director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said that his party is seeking to be a platform of what he called the ‘popular majority', to include more than 5 million people, at least in its membership. He said, “the party is based on the idea of reunification of the political forces that truly belong to the principles and goals of the 25 January revolution, and does not seek to compete with any of the existing political parties.” “The Constitution Party is open to all the political movements that are consistent with the objectives and principles of party, which aims at protecting the revolution, and achieve its goals, in the creation of real and comprehensive change, that Egypt deserves, through forming an inclusive entity for all the revolutionary forces,” El Baradei added in statements on Tuesday.
