CAIRO: Mohammed ElBaradei, the former Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and the co-founder of the new “revolution” party, or Al Thawra, said that the most important goals of the party is outreach the ordinary Egyptian citizens in all districts of Egypt and sharing their dream. This, in statements made during the founding meeting of the party on Saturday evening. ElBaradei said before the Founding committee of the party, Egyptians sparked a great revolution, however, it was fully deviated, part of that because of bad intentions and due to ignorance. ElBaradei said: “I hope that this party can accommodate the membership of all Egyptians with according to their different ideologies and orientations.” “We must give young people the opportunity to learn and gain experience from all over the world,” he added. ElBaradei said: “I hope to achieve five million members in order to be truly effective force.” ElBaradei expressed hope that the party will be joined by five million members in order to be a real effective political force in the future. “Our message should be clear to gain credibility among the Egyptian public,” ElBaradei added in his statements.
