Muharraq Mall Company Closes Deal With Almoayyed Contracting

A contract to construct Muharraq Seef Mall was signed today by the Muharraq Mall Company represented by its Chairman Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and Al Moayyed Contracting Co. represented by CEO Mr. Mannil Thomas Mathews.
Construction of the BD 17 million project commenced on the 15th July 2012 and is scheduled for completion in December 2013.
The development is situated between the Muharraq Club and the Arad Fort, and has been designed to take full advantage of its frontage onto the newly constructed corniche and the Bay. The site is owned by the Muharraq Club which has welcomed this initiative and is providing every assistance to facilitate the project to ensure its success.
The mall will be constructed over 2 retail floors offering approximately 30,000m2 of retail space with ample parking underneath on the ground level. The project also includes an open air amphitheatre that will be used for public and cultural events.
