Cairo Festival City wins Cityscape Egypt's Real Estate Award

Cairo Festival City, a leading mixed use development project, walked away with the Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Award for best future residential project during a star studded awards ceremony hosted at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel.
The event which was hosted key players in the residential, retail and leisure industries, saw Cairo Festival City recognized for their award prestigious apartment range; Festival Living.
Talking about the win, Cairo Festival City's Managing Director, Dr. Mohamed Mikawi said “We are honored to have received this award which recognizes, Festival Living as one of Cairo's foremost future residential developments. Amongst stiff competition, Cairo Festival City's Festival Centre, was able to beat other industry leaders based on their superior designs, concepts and community initiatives. Expected to open in 2016, Festival Living, located in the North-West section of Cairo Festival City, will offer 573 units, ranging in size from 130m to 330m2. Offering two, three and four bedroom apartments with a limited number of 4 bedroom duplexes, the gated community will be integrated through large terraces, public and private gardens as well as water features. Festival Living residents will also have access to a range of amenities, including a Modern Clubhouse, which will offer a range of facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, multi-purpose playgrounds, a kindergarten, lounges and restaurants.
