Eng. Atef Helmy, Egyptian Telecom Minister has called United Arab Emirates (UAE) in order to participate in Cairo ICT 2013 as a guest of honour. The Minister has exploited his participation in GITEX Technology Week-Dubai World Trade Centre, the largest ICT trade event in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region. Which is holding in the period ranging from October20 to October24 2013. GITEX came as an Egyptian appreciation for the role played by the (UAE) in its support, for both political or economic in the last period. The Minister will seek to look into increasing the cooperation and investments in the Egyptian market and opening new ways for the cooperation and partnerships in ICT sector. Cairo ICT will hold on 9-12December 2013 in Cairo-Egypt- Convention Center and the session of this year will hold under the name of ‘Rebirth'. Osama Kamal, CEO of TradeFairs International has expected that the Arab and African Posts will be in a better level this year with the return of life to Egypt after the uprising , and after restoring the relations with the various countries. Cairo MET will be held inside Cairo ICT which specialists in Media, film industry and entertainment fields , TV channels are keen on participating in these fields so as to exchange expertise.
