Human Rights Committee of Egyptian House of Representatives will discuss Monday the repercussions of the Italian decision to suspend providing Egypt with F-16 spare parts, upon the death of Italian student Giulio Regini in Cairo, al-Bawaba News reported Sunday. Head of foreign committee of the parliament, Mohamed al-Orabi headed Saturday to Italy to deliver a message from parliament's speaker Ali Abdel Aal to the President of the Senate of the Italian Republic and President of Chamber of Deputies, concerning the case of Regini. Regini was found killed in Cairo, which ignited dispute between Cairo and Rome, over accusations of Egyptian security of torturing the student to death. The committee will also discuss the report of the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) about torture in police stations on Monday's session. In its annual report the NCHR has confirmed the death of torture inside police stations across the nation, affirming that the council does its best to stop this phenomenon.
